We recently had a great business trip in the mountainous region of Georgia. The hotel we stayed at had amazing rooms and comfortable beds. The views from the terrace were simply breathtaking and the breakfast served was delicious. The hotel's location was convenient as it was just a 5-minute walk to town, providing privacy and peace.
The hotel could improve on its customer service as we were not welcomed with a smile upon arrival and were left to find a staff member to assist us. There were also ironing boards in the corridor, which could have been placed in a more discreet location.

We were able to rest and enjoy some great views of the mountains all around us. the breakfast was good enough and the staff were very accommodating. It was great to have the option to park our car securely. the location was a mix of peaceful and bustling with lots to see around town.
But we did not have a pleasant stay overall. the rooms were not cleaned regularly, and the garbage was not disposed of.

The hotel's location is perfect, being just below a church and beside a river, with stunning views of the mountains. It's also very close to the town centre, so everything is easily accessible. the rooms are modern and fresh, and the bathrooms are neat and clean. the breakfast was really good and provided plenty of options for filling up before exploring the town. the terrace is amazing with picturesque views. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel needs to improve its noise insulation, as some guests can be heard when making noise at night.
